Service Description
Advanced practice for all mind body practitioners and meditators to increase, somatic body awareness and meditation. Class starts with a deliberate slow body movement practice which I lead using yoga asana - following is optional and you are invited to move as you feel you need in that moment with movements you choose. I will then lead a pranayama practice to strengthen the mind body connection and to lead into meditation. Led Meditation will follow with different methods to practice developing deeper meditative states. Directing attention enables conscious choice and regular meditation practice works to attain a spontaneous natural underlying calmness in the mind. Meditation can help trauma recovery, reduce stress and help regulate emotions among other benefits. It connect us to our deep inner selves.
