During pregnancy a yoga practice needs to be one that is safe during pregnancy. Classes bring mamas together in a nurturing, supportive, safe space where you can focus on yourself and your growing baby. Gently keeping your body strong and healthy. Helps manage stress and promote sleep. Practice mindful movement with Breathing. Builds stamina & resilience for birth & motherhood. Help optimally position baby for birthing.
